MASTERS COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

Hanlan’s highly successful Masters Competitive program is designed for experienced adult rowers who want to train seriously with first-rate coaches for up to six mornings per week in preparation for regattas or to achieve individual goals. A full training plan, including on- and off-water workouts, is provided, as is regatta support and boat transportation to the major summer and fall races in Ontario. Sharpen your technique and push yourself to the next level while practicing against some of the country’s best scullers and sweep rowers on dozens of racing routes through Lake Ontario’s Inner and Outer Harbour.
