Club Information
History
The origins of Hanlan Boat Club began in 1972 by a group of Upper Canada College (UCC) parents, led by Sam Craig, who wanted to revive rowing at the school. In 1974 the first Quonset hut was erected on the property at the foot of Cherry Street, just off of Unwin Avenue in the Toronto Harbour. This property on Regatta Road is the current site of the Hanlan Boat Club.
